Warranty

At Grankrona we offer a 5 year warranty on all of our furniture. However, we expect them to last alot longer than that.

The quality and longevity of our products are points of focus in every step of the development and production processes. However, sometimes the unexpected can happen.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers defects related to our materials and the manufacturing process. For example a piece of furniture where the construction has failed. 

What is not covered?

-Wear and tear related damages. For example scratches and scuffs caused by misuse, accidents, or improper/lack of care.

-Damages caused by incorrect assembly, storage or usage. Among others this includes furniture exposed to strong sunlight and/or fluctuations in temperature and humidity. For example, if the furniture has been placed in an outdoor environment, uninsulated garage, or bathroom.

-Defects on any replacement part or product where the warranty has already been claimed.

From when does the warranty count?

The warranty counts from the day the furniture is delivered to you by our trusted courier.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Send us an email with your order number, customer details, and short explanation of what has happened and we will take it from there. Please be prepared to provide photo evidence of the defect.

How do we typically address a valid warranty claim?

Once we have determined that the warranty claim is valid we will either send a replacement part or a completely new product for free. This depends on the specifics of the damages and the type of product it regards.
