It takes between 3-8 weeks from the time that you place an order to the delivery of your new furniture. The delivery time depends a bit on the product you have ordered since everything is made by hand on demand.
We will provide an exact delivery date once we have finished your piece of furniture and booked the delivery. At this point, we will contact you with the delivery time and specifics.
As long as the order has not yet been sent with our courier you can both change the delivery address and date. To do so please contact us as early as possible and we will help you out.
We deliver to all of the EU countries and regions with the exception of Cyprus, Malta and the Canary islands.
Our furniture requires no to little assembly. Our tables are delivered with the table tops disconnected from the legs or base. We do so as it massively reduces shipping volume and in turn reduces the carbon footprint and overall price. We assure you that if any assembly is needed, it will be simple, fast, and well explained.

Yes, all of our materials are sustainably sourced and processed. We don’t use any toxic or polluting products and we also plant a tree per furniture we make. Learn more by visiting our sustainability page.

You can cancel your order and receive full reimbursement within the first 72 hours of your purchase. For more specifics go to our cancellation & returns page.
You can make changes to your order in the first 72 hours after your purchase, free of charge. After 72 hours, a change to an order will be considered as a cancellation. Read more on our cancellation & returns page. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order.

If you have a discount code for our wood wax you first need to add the product to the cart and then enter the discount code. This will make it free of charge.
