We got you covered.

You can cancel your order within the first 72 hours after your purchase, free of charge. You can also cancel your order after that but we keep 20% of the original purchase amount (excl. shipping cost) to cover some of the costs related to production.

We offer a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your furniture. If you wish to return the furniture you have purchased from Grankrona, please contact us and we will help you through the return process.

Please note that Grankrona does not cover the cost of returning the furniture. We withhold 10% of the product price to cover the cost of packaging. 

Before we can reimburse your purchase we have to receive the item(s) to assess that they are in the same condition that they were when originally sent out. If the product(s) are not in re-sellable condition then no refund can be offered.
